Description
Some supporting libs need to be unzipped to get geomoose_dev.html working out of the box.

IMO, this is working now. All the libs pull form build instead of "libs".

I disagree with this. For this to work Dojo needs to be unzipped and it is a relatively large dependency to be carrying for most folks.
