Printing a second time has problems

Description

Found this issue with Chrome and did not test it with EI8. This error appeared in both douglas and gmtrunk demos. However, I documented steps for problem replication just with Chrome.

  1. Start up application
  2. Print and choose download pdf (this works)
  3. Zoom in and pan (print map results tab remains)
  4. Hit print icon <<-- PROBLEM does not go to print setup
  5. Hit "Back to Settings" <<-- PROBLEM does not go back to print setup
  1. Current work around - Close the print map tab. Then hit print ICON and this work.
  1. 2nd work around - Don't press the print icon after the pan. It appears to disable the "back to settings" button.

I believe I have already fixed the underlying problems in SVN. Brian's demos may be slightly out of date. Checked against r690.

This seems to be fixed. Tested with Trunk and Chrome.

  1. Open Demo
  2. Zoom to area.
  3. Print and examine PDF and HTML
  4. Do other stuff (select/buffer/zoom/pan/etc.)
  5. Hit Print ICON again.

Did several variations of this and everything seems to work fine.
