Well, the main website (not /trunk/) http://geomoose.org/info/download.html still points to SF. However, once our website is no longer pointing at an old folder snapshot of trunk, yes it will be fixed.

Right now our website still points to ~trunk circa November, http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/geomoose-users/2011-November/003550.html With the release of 2.6 our website documentation should start working and updating in an expected way (we will have to make commits to the 2.6 branch and trunk for changes that impact both after that). I'd probably prefer to not make changes to the snapshot and work on the 2.6 release.
