Description ¶
Document the "mapbook=" functionality on the URL calling structure.
Also, and I don't know what the labels are for this to do a search, but are there other Calling aspects that could use some documentation like a Permalink system, or a way of turning layers on/off in the call to initialize the interface, etc.

If anyone has more request, this documentation should cover all of Bob's original queries. (Bookmarking, mapbook= references, etc.)
