Paths with spaces in dialogs

Description
For example in create vector dialog. If a path with spaces is opened using the open directory button, the path copied to the entry box will contain "%20" instead of " ".

This is now fixed for linux in #304. Probably needs to be revisited and checked when doing Windows port.
