gdal_utilties are not documented

the gdal_utilities and their options are no longer documented (or perhaps it's
the links are broken): Go to
http://www.remotesensing.org/gdal/gdal_utilities.html click on any of the
utilities in the table of contents. You only get shown the general options which
are available to all of them.

Also the title of each page is literally '<title>Topic of this Page</title>'
indicating a problem with the *2html parser/renderer.

This appears to be a difference in how the version of doxygen on
remotesensing.org handles the "multipage" used for the utilities.  
I will keep this bug report open till I fix it, but in the meantime
you can browse the utilities on www.gdal.org without this problem.

this one can probably be closed as remotesensing.org is redirecting all ./gdal urls to gdal.org
