Description

When compiling manually the /vsicrypt/ file system handler as a plugin (-DVSICRYPT_AUTOLOAD), its registration doesn't work if GDAL has been compiled without cryptopp support. Which is the whole point of compiling /vsicrypt/ as a plugin...
