Description

Source is GeoTiff in projection EPSG:3857 Cutline is Shape files in projection EPSG:3857

Output GeoTiff will not correct (object will cut is wrong on Y-Axis)

if supply Shape files in projection in EPSG:3395 (other projection than EPSG:3857) output will be correct.

I guess the issue must be that the .prj file that goes with the shapefile isn't fully understood by GDAL. Could you attach it ?
