Description
The mentioned manpages have 1 small issue each, related to the first character in a new line:
/gdal_grid.1.gz 200: warning: macro `..' not defined
That's a line starting with "...". It seems like older groff versions did not allow to escape the period with a backslash and instead require a character sequence: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11469341/escaping-dots-in-groff
/gdalsrsinfo.1.gz 86: warning: macro `+proj=lcc' not defined
Escaping the leading quote with a backslash seems to be sufficient here.

I tried a fix, but it doesn't work for HTML page generation where the groff escape sequence don't seem to be recognized ...
