BMP Driver bug

Description 

I try to gdal_translate a 1121 x 14849 TIFF (strip 256) into a BMP image and
something is wrong because the output image has black parts...

I've tried on Solaris and Windows (with the gdal_translate in OpenEV_FW_163) and
the bug appears on the 2 platforms but the results differs...

On Solaris sometimes Ihave this error : "ERROR 3: Can't seek to offset 47691482
in output file to write data"
On Windows the system display me several times during the gdal_translate process
an error dialog with a message as : "Cannot add data..."

...sorry... I'm confused... in fact the shared drive on which I had the bug was
99.99% plenty (grrr) ... this explain all.

=> bug fixed ;-)
