Description
Looks like kakadu 7.3 has an API change in kdu_sample_processing.h:
void finalize(kdu_codestream codestream)

Tamas Szekeres wrote me on 4th November, 2013 when he did a job for me with Kakadu 7.3.2
"I had to do a minor modification in GDAL to make it compatible with this version, I'm thinking to commit the changes to the GDAL repository as well."
It might be worth asking what did he find.
