Description
Documentation of JP2KAK --JPEG-2000 (http://www.gdal.org/frmt_jp2kak.html) presently indicates for the GeoJP2 option: GeoJP2=YES/NO: Indicates whether a GML box conforming to the GeoJP2 (GeoTIFF in JPEG2000) specification should be included in the file. Defaults to YES.
This is a bug (probably resulting from a copy/paste of the above GMLJP2 option, which has been corrected in JPEECW, but not for JP2KAK.
Proposal is to replace GML box by UUID/GeoTIFF box (as for in the documentation of JP2EVW. (cf. joint HTML file)
