GDALWARP not reading ozf map info correctly

I have been trying to warp an ozf file however the warp process inverts the image north to south and east to west. I suspect this is because the image is from Australia (SE quadrant) and the software is assuming NW Quadrant.

I am using the command gdalwarp -s_srs EPSG:3111 -t_srs EPSG:28355 infile.map outfile.tif

I can upload the relevant files if required
