zero mean/standard deviation, reference system issue in IDRISI dataset related conversions

1.Zero mean/standard deviation In the XML file created along with conversion from other formats to IDRISI raster, both mean and standard deviation values are 0, which doesn’t reflect correct mean and standard values of the outputted dataset.

2.Reference system issue Ref. system field in RDC file inappropriately displays reference system as the file name of outputted dataset even though the imported dataset has a reference system that is supplied in IDRISI. (This could happen only if an equivalent reference system cannot be found in IDRISI for the inputted reference system)

These bugs have been fixed. Codes are submitted within ticket #4980.

All those tickets have more than one year and nobody has acted on it, so the priority is not so high
