HFAAuxBuildOverviews segfault

While creating overviews for raster with lot of bands (more than 100) can use only AUX for storing results. If select some bands (i.e. 1, 10, 100) we get segfault.

Fixed in revision 25583.

Also added new key for gdaladdo to select bands for overview generating.

apps/gdal_utilities.dox should likely be updated to advertize the -b option.

Would be nice to have the new gdaladdo functionality in next release.

It will be automatically in GDAL 1.10, being now in trunk...
