Hello Frank,

I just took a snapshot via cvs of gdal .

To get gdal working working with the newest lib from lizardtech (Version
3.2.1) and VC 7.1, I made some Changes.

I hope they are helpfull. They are attached.

Should be fixed in CVS. Both old and new API versions supported: autodetected by
configure script and switched via variable in nmake.opt.
