[PATCH] LibKML from Google

Description

I create light and minimum dependency source code from last google libkml version (​http://code.google.com/p/libkml/). It makes sense to add it like any other library (tiff, png, gif and etc.)

i do not think this makes any sense because you also need boost, libexpat and other librarys too.

also libkml is an optional driver.
