Description
There is a #SENSE line in the GXF file which has the value "1" which is interpreted as "raster data starts at the lower level pixels and scanlines proceed right".
We are not sure it is being processed properly.

I have modified the GXF code (r21085) to use a GXF API that applies mirroring etc for #SENS.
Also applied to 1.7 (r21087) and tests updated in trunk (r21086) and 1.7 (r21088).
