Read all atributes of one record in an OGR file at onces

Open an attribute file for a vector file Select One record. that record has 50 attributes stored in different columns

Currently one need to use loop over all fields using getfieldasdouble(attributeindexnumber) to read all parameters out (e.g. nice looping)

Enhancement Request: Read out all attributes at ones or a specified attribute list.
