frmts/nitf/nitfimage.c has a C++ style comment (in a C file) on line 359

ogr/ogrsf_frmts/mitab/mitab_feature.cpp has false / true in small letters at 
lines 3128, 3133 and 3139 where they should be in capitals

ogr/ogr_core.h which is included in some C programs has several C++ style 
comments

These problems are now all fixed in CVS.
