THF support for SRP format

Description

First thanks for USRP file support.

Then as ADRG format, ASRP/USRP have a directory dataset into a Transmission Header File.

I don't know THF specifications, but ASRP/USRP THF seems the same as the ADRG THF. So I believe gdal shall support this directory easily.

This isn't something I'm likely to attack myself unless Gao wants it added. I assume the THF is used to establish a set of subdatasets for a whole product tree?

Yes, it's what I want to mean by "a directory dataset into a Transmission Header File".

I might try to do this task according to ADRGdriver.
