The gdal-1.6.0-6 package was issued with the fix in it for OSGeo4W.

See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
Problem confirmed, and fixed in trunk (r16086) and 1.6 branch (r16087). Also, testing of the cutline support in the gdalwarp commandline utility has been added in trunk (r16085).
The gdal16 OSGeo4W package is rebuilding and should be uploaded as 1.6.0-5 by some time tomorrow.
