[PATCH] KML Debug output imrpovement

Description

supplanted somewhat arcane debug strings with a simpler version. The old strings are there with a #IF

also, stopped the tidal wave of unused tags msgs. Instead, accumulate a list of tags and print at the end of parse()

Rather old patch here in the queue. I consider to close as wontfix if it will not lead to any reaction within next 7 years.
