Example:
"gdalwarp --help" mentions all options. Good.
The SYNOPSIS in "man gdalwarp" and in the online doc [1] is missing "-tps" and "-dstalpha". "-tps" is described in DESCRIPTION part though, "-dstalpha" isn't.
Aplies to stable and devel branch.
I haven't checked how it is with other GDAL utilities. Needs to be done.

In r12842 I updated the usage message and added a description for -dstalpha.
I'm not prepared to do a broad review, but will fix noted ommissions.
