Description

Enhancements to the Meteosat Second Generation (MSG) Native Archive format driver (MSGN). Added the following features:

  1. Support for High Resolution Visible (HRV) band, implemented as a subset
  2. Support for converting DNs to Radiance values, also implemented as a subset
