Minor error in documentation for supported formats

Description 

Two trivial things regarding two 'Supported formats' pages:

"PREDICTOR=[0/1/2] etc." should read [1/2/3], as is correctly implemented by the gdal and geotifcp tools.

http://www.gdal.org/frmt_jp2ecw.html
Please consider adding some statement that "TARGET=0 means lossless compression" (as is now supported by ECW Jpeg2000 ; tested, it is really lossless)

Patches applied for both issues in trunk, but not 1.4 branch.
