Description
A few extra DESTDIR updates to clean up the install paths.

Patch applied with two known variations: o Added some stuff in the shared library linking to honour DESTDIR. o Dropped the override of INST_DATA, I'm not sure why it was done as it was. Tested, and seems to work for a "traditional python" install. I think it won't work with some or all of the 'next generation' bindings.
