Overview Map Widget obscures Commercial Layer with GETMAPIMAGE as default

Description
The Overview map blocks the underlying Commercial Map Layers (OSM, Google,etc) with the Background map colour. This is because the Overview map uses "SINGLE_TILE_PARAMS" and the GETMAPIMAGE.
If switched to GETDYNAMICMAPOVERLAYIMAGE the map then has the required transparency.
Perhaps this should be the default for the OverviewMap widget.

Is this a bad default value type of issue?
Because I can't see this problem with any Flexible Layouts I make with Maestro.
