Tiled map ScaleZoom Problems

Description
Using the mapguide slate template and fusion 1.0.5 I have a tiled map which doesn't init properly in regards to the scale zoom with FF 2 and IE7.
Using a tiled Sheboygan sample, the Zoom Scale bar defaults to fully zoomed in, when it's mostly zoomed out. Try to use the zoom control, it always 'bounces' back to the top position.
and using the mouse scroll wheel, the map actually pans rather than zoom when zooming out, but not with the Sheboygan sample.

Zac, I just tested this with Fusion trunk and it seems to be doing more reasonable things now. I did make some changes to the Navigator widget related to tiled maps (setting it to work on fixed resolutions coming from OpenLayers rather than a continuous range of values) and I think this may have fixed the issue or at least made it work more reasonably. I'm going to close the ticket but if you test with your template/map definitions and find it is not, please reopen.
