Description

Observed this lately on the redline widget. The circle that gets saved into the redline data store does not reflect where the circle was actually drawn

A rough, but somewhat re-producible test case:

  1. Load up the Sheboygan dataset
  2. Zoom to around 1:2000
  3. Draw a really small circle. It will probably be way off from where you drew it.

Only happening with smaller circles, the smaller the circle the more it gets thrown off

Ok the (x, y) of the digitized circle is nowhere near the expected location when the circle is really small
