Description
If you activate a non-pan widget and then switch focus over to the Chrome DevTools, upon switching focus back to the viewer it will revert to pan mode even though the pan widget is not active

The offender is the OpenLayers.Control.TouchNavigation instance we've added for rudimentary mobile device support.
