Description
There is no way to specify page size or margins. Add support for these on a per-PageLayout basis in the ApplicationDefinition.

Doesn't work in IE. SaveMapFrame.php is used to work around ie save limitations but wasn't updated to accommodate additional parameters passed by SaveMap.js.
