[Redline]the panel has all the labels missing if user draws a invalid polygon

Description

steps:

  1. Open a flexible web layout in browser
  2. Click Redline
  3. New a redline layer, add it to map and click 'Edit Redline'
  4. Click 'Polygon' button and double click one point on the map
  5. Click 'Cancel' button on the 'Enter a label for the markup item' dialog
  6. Check the task panel


result:
all the labels are missing

expectation:
the panel stays normal and no polygon is created
