Description
MapServer uses a default value of 72 DPI whereas most other commercial layers use 96 dpi and mixing the 2 leads to errors in OpenLayers scale calculations.

don't allow MapServer to override the OpenLayers DPI value. If this is an issue, then set the MAPFILE.MAP.RESOLUTION value in your mapfile to 96 when used with Fusion.
