Oracle 11gR2.0.2.0 Selection Issue

Description
Unpredictable results occur when selecting from the AJAX viewer using the following methods: 1) Marquee Select. 2) Polygon Select where the polygon is drawn in a clockwise direction.
Oracle has confirmed this behaviour in this version of Oracle. The same behaviour occurs when performing SDO_RELATE queries directly in Oracle using a clockwise polygon. Tests with Oracle 10g, 11gR1 and 11gR2.0.1 all work as expected.
Oracle has pointed at MapGuide as the problem as Oracle insists polygons be defined in a counter-clockwise direction.
