Quickplot doesn't work on Linux with Apache+php

Description

  1. Add quickplot to the toolbar, Open one FWL in Browser.
  2. Quick plot -> Generate

Results: The image of map is not generated in the previewerInner.

Note: This is because, in PHP we can't ge the image of quickplot when the map name has blank on Linux. We need to code the mapname to url, so the blank is conver to %20 as url.

The move to PDF-based plotting means there is no "preview" mode
