CursorPosition widget to use a displayProjection

Description

Allow the cursor position widget to output in a projection other than the map projection. Replace the existing mouse handling code with the default OL MousePosition control. Note that specifying the displayProjection means that changing the units through the ViewOptions widget will be ignored.
