Highlight current feature in selection

When multiple features are selected we need an indicator showing which feature in the map matches the current properties displayed in the selection pane. Change the selection color of the object the record corresponds to perhaps? The first selected feature is yellow bolded and the rest are blue? Toggle the blue and yellow feature as the record in the selection pane changes
