Redline widget display issue in IE8

Fusion is at revision 1863. MapGuide OS is at revision 3887.

XP (sp3) + IIS Test in IE8.

1. Integrate FeatureInfo, Query, Theme and Redline widgets in standard template's toolbar and task list. Please see the attached ApplicationDefinition.xml.
2. Open index.html of Standard template, local URL: ​http://localhost/mapguide2010/fusion/templates/mapguide/standard/index.html
3. Redline widget's html display in new window when opening index.html
4. In toolbar click FeatureInfo, Query, Theme and Redline to switch between them. After click Redline button the task pane can't display Redline's page.
5. Switch them in task list and works.

Summary:

1. The Redline's page should not display when opening index.html
2. In toolbar should be able to switch to Redline.
