Description
Some widgets have settings that change their behaviour in such a way that any default icons or strings are not applicable. Examples are ExtentHistory and ZoomOnClick, which require different icons, tooltips, labels etc. depending on whether their direction settings.
At some point, I'd like to update the widget info format to allow multiple default settings for different parameter values. But in the meantime, I'm just going to remove the default settings.
