In MapGuide it is possible to specify, in a map definition, whether a group is initially displayed in the map. In MG Studio, for example, this is configured using the "Group is initially displayed in the map" checkbox in the map editor.

When the map is loaded in a Fusion application, the legend displays the group as checked. A group that is not initially visible will still not be rendered initially, but the checkbox is misleading, and must be un-checked and re-checked in order to get the group to show up.

This defect is essentially the same as #168, but for groups instead of layers.
