Description
The search widget take the localization file in: www/localized and should take from: www/fusion/text/en/strings.php

moved string files around to match MapGuide API and updated the various spots in fusion.js and MapGuide/php/Common.php that are affected. Need Mike to test and also check the build configuration file to make sure it is including the json string files correctly from the new location.
