Description

The Jx library used for providing buttons and other user interface elements has undergone a substantial upgrade to improve performance, load time and fix a number of bugs. We have already done the work to make Fusion independent of the Jx dependencies, so now we can bring in a new version of Jx without Scriptaculous/Prototype.

This task will be used to track commits related to updating to the new version of Jx.

(In [1594]) See #115. Update to latest Jx and rejig where the Jx code lives by moving the js file into lib and the themes into the templates. The old structure didn't make a lot of sense. Also add a_pixel.png to the lib directory and update Fusion's script location detection code to use the same technique as Jx.

(In [1602]) Re #115. Update to latest Jx to pick up IE 6 bug fixes. Fix issues in several widgets for IE 6 related to the overall Jx changes.

(In [1604]) Re #115. Update Jx to get a bug fix for dialog z index stuff, adjust cursor position widget to have a proper default value.

(In [1605]) Re #115. Update Jx with some more IE 6 bug fixes, refresh themes in standard templates to sync up with Jx as well.
