Description

The WFS provider lacks a test suite. We need something that exercises basic provider functionality before I'm comfortable merging in the recent libcurl/openssl update (which the WFS provider definitely uses)

  • Update OpenSSL to 1.1.1k. Fixes #990
  • Add basic WFS test suite. Fixes #989
  • Update CURL to 7.73
  • The SQLite provider, when compiled in GCC 9 causes a failure in the TestSelectWithIdtNames test case. Further debugging showed that SltReader::GenerateUniqueName() was not generating the proper numerical suffix code. This commit makes the suffix generation slightly more verbose and explicit, which causes the test case in question to pass again
  • Tidy up some leaks and uninitialized vars in the KgOraUnitTest runner
  • Have getdistro.sh fallback to 'generic' if getdistro.sh fails because lsb_release is not installed
