Description

The motion for this RFC was unanimously for adoption years ago.

But the patches that implement this were never applied.

So let's apply them.

In 7637:

Apply RFC 68 patches from Bruno Scott. This was unanimously adopted by the FDO PSC years ago but was never applied.

All GenericRdbms test results remain the same after these patches.
