Description ¶
As outlined in the resolution of #251, the binary OGR Provider was built without an embedded manifest, and as a result it fails to detect the correct Visual C++ 2005 SP1 runtime dlls and throws a runtime error R6034.
Building the OGR Provider in release mode with manifest generation and embedding enabled resolves this problem.
