Description
The following files were not installed when executing a make install ExpressionEngine/ExpressionEngine.h ExpressionEngine/FdoExpressionEngineCopyFilter.h ExpressionEngine/FdoExpressionEngineFilterProcessor.h ExpressionEngine/Util/FdoExpressionEngineUtilDataReader.h ExpressionEngine/Util/FdoExpressionEngineUtilFeatureReader.h
Also, the Expression Engine header files are not installed from the build.bat script.
