64 bit Windows build does not build CSD files

Description
When using the Release x64 configuration of OpenSource.sln, the CSD files are not built. The post build step is missing from the Release|x64 configuration of Compiler.vcproj. The breaks the 64 bit build for MapGuide Open Source 2.2.

Path also applied to the 12.02 branch http://svn.osgeo.org/metacrs/csmap/branches/12.02/ That way MapGuide 2.2 can use this branch
