Description
Most GROUP: LL coordinate systems have EPSG_QD: -1.
The following coordinate systems have a GROUP: LL but an EPSG_QD: 1:
- EWR2-IRF.LL
- GDA2020-CD.LL
- GDA2020-C.LL
- GDA2020.LL
- MGI-1901/Kos.LL
I expected them also to have an EPSG_QD of -1.
Should their EPSG_QD be 1 or -1?
