Description

There are two typo errors for OCRS

Typo 1 is five occurrences of "Bruns" when the name should be "Burns". Typo 2 is ten occurrences of "Santium" when the name should be "Santiam".

Fix the typo errors for OCRS.

Content of version.txt has been set to 1408

We've to update the trunk's version.txt to distinguish the dictionary files in the trunk from those in the 14.07 branch.
